As an architectural engineer, let's clarify a few things. #1 C channel is not as strong as square tubing. #2 fiberglass insulation (loose fill in general) is nowhere near as efficient as foam (comparable thicknesses.) Secondly, when using loose fill insulation, the installation process often leads to gaps or places where the insulation is compromised. That is clearly visible in your display. And lastly, if you are running wires in the same cavity as said insulation, we'll you just completely ruin it. Hence why spray foam is quickly becoming the gold standard in residential construction.

I have a Mountain Aire 1999 25 years old with 2 slides and same lock and gears setup as shown here and I have never had even one problem with the slides or locks. I do believe the previous owner about 10 years ago had issue with the controller on one because I found an extra one in parts but maybe not maybe it was just bought in case of failure. They may not be fast and fancy but I am very satisfied

This 3226 is almost perfect. Hope it has an oven & no bunk options so you can get maximum cockpit storage. One way Newmar could improve the 3226 design is to place the TV flat on the wall nearest the dinette, so the dinette's window can be widened. Right now the buffet window is too teeny because of the current placement of the TV. The cockpit screens should face the driver more too.

Thank you for the tour, I like everything (I am tall), going to go look at one, price is nice also. I do not need a TV, or wifi, or other upgrades on the higher price units with this floor plan, like Sequence, (FYI: Dazzle is the same Van). The dealer told me I could have the awning installed if I wanted one. FYI, do a tire upgrade (BFGoodrich KO2 225/75R15) as the tires that come with the van, Nexen Roadian, are not good, the thread comes off by 10k miles!

I recently up graded to a 2018 Dutch Star 43.27, which we love our model. Yes there are differences and we like our model the best., but there were a couple things we would have changed. 1. Move the safe to a higher position 2. outside TV moved to the passenger slide out. 3. Dishwasher takes to long to clean....we now use it as a Wine holder. that is it but heck I am picky. Cheers

Hold up, so you sell this R.V without doing ANY P.D.Is, amd when you FINALLY do a P.D.I, you FORCE the customer to pay the service department nearly $1,000 to do an inspection that should have been completed at LEAST 1 time already. Do you guys charge the customer to pay for all needed repairs when you inevitability find issues on the P.D.I? Thats some scummy dealership tactics to squeeze every last penny from your customers
